Kimberling City
In the fall of 2022, we stayed on the outskirts of Kimberling City, Missouri, to enjoy nature and visit a slower-paced life.
Touring the town, we became familiar with the layout. We found a grocery store and fishing possibilities. Many places were closed due to the winter season arriving.
More Than A Coffee Shop
Our friends also traveled to Kimberling City, and on the last day of our visit, we found a coffee shop to enjoy. While touring, we remembered seeing this cute little place called Simply Baked by Chandler and decided to try it. They were open!
Hand Pies and Baked Goods
Simply Baked By Chandler is a family-owned and operated shop. All food items made are from scratch. The menu includes baked goods, pies, granola, and more. You can enjoy cinnamon rolls, pastries, cream puffs, and muffins.

They offer many styles of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate,
among other drinks.
The Best Hand Pies
In Missouri
They offer quite a few varieties of sweet and savory hand pies. Some hand pie choices are chorizo and egg, ham and cheddar, and Guinness. A few of their fruit pie specialties are Mixed Berries, Apple, and Cherry.
Delicious!
At this adorable shop, we enjoyed the chorizo and egg hand pie, the ham and cheddar hand pie, a scone, and a cinnamon roll. We also had a few different selections of coffee. Everything was fantastic!
The interior design was stylish, the service was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the food was high quality. It was a great way to enjoy the last few moments of our trip with friends!

According to their website, you can now buy hand pies, sweet pies, and cookie dough frozen to bake at home.
It always smells delicious to have a pie or cookies baking at home.
A dry scone mix and a muffin mix are ready for you to whip up while visiting family and friends.

The Simply Baked By Chandler team is a delight to work with, and we are so happy to have found this adorable shop. They are open Monday-Saturday, 7:00 am-2:00 pm. They are closed on Sundays.
