Mini Bella's From Costco

Undoubtedly the best mushrooms of all time! Go to Costco and pick these babies up to enjoy as I did. They are especially meaty and have a deep earthy flavor. They are light tan with a browner cap. These sweet gems are full of flavor and will add quality to any dish you make.
Quite a Bit Comes In a Package...
Add some zucchini and drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Top with garlic, salt, and pepper seasoning for taste.
I cooked the mushrooms and zucchini in my skillet and paired it with brown rice and a roast, as well.
The roast, I cooked in the oven at 325 degrees, for 2-1/2 hours. Best pairing ever! Absolutely delicious! Red wine addition made it an outstanding meal.
Super inexpensive...
The Mini Bella mushrooms were very reasonable in cost. This pack for a 24-ounce only cost $5.89.
For the quality, that is an excellent price.
Delicious...
Very yummy meal. All items were bought from Costco. We like the Kinders salt, pepper, and garlic combo for seasoning. The roast was a round roast. Enjoy!
