No doubt about it.

I think most people like to travel or at least get out of their town for a bit.

Staying at home is nice and definitely cheaper and some people think “stay” cations are great and they can be, but I still think a majority of people like to get out and travel.

Travel can be by car, train, plane or bus, if you desire, but getting away, clearing your head or having fun with your loved ones on vacation, is probably one of the greatest things people work toward.

According to the article from Yahoo Finance- Survey: U.S. Consumer Travel To Surge in 2024,  written Mon, Feb 12, 2024- it states that out of all surveyed, 91% say they have plans to travel domestically in 2024, and four in 10, 40% are planning to travel more than they did in 2023. It also states that half,  50% of consumers are planning to travel internationally this year. (Yahoo Finance-Survey:  U.S. Consumer Travel To Surge in 2024, PR Newswire, Mon Feb. 12, 2024)

  3. Free Activities:

    • Take advantage of free activities and attractions. Many destinations offer museums, parks, and events that don’t require an entrance fee.
  4. Travel Insurance:

    • While it might seem like an extra expense, travel insurance can actually save you money in case of unexpected events like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
