North America is full of amazing places to visit in every state.
I love traveling, exploring, and seeing the different topography, culture, and flare that each place is unique to.
Pictures are a must, it is all so different!
Here we will share our study of the best top 15 travel destinations in the USA, as of 2022.
1. NEW YORK CITY,
New York
New York City is a popular destination spot due to its iconic landmarks, Broadway shows, diverse neighborhoods, and cultural attractions. Visitors are drawn to its museums, entertainment, restaurants, and commerce.
The City also holds conventions, trade shows, and major athletic events such as the New York City Marathon and the U.S. Open.
2. Orlando, Florida
Home to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, and other theme parks, Orlando, Florida, has been a top spot for those vacationing many years.
They have incredible dining options, affordable prices and the weather is pretty perfect all year long.
With 32 different theme parks, it is considered theme park capital of the world. Outside of the theme parks, Orlando is home to plenty of beaches and over 100 lakes.
3. Las Vegas, Nevada
Las Vegas is known for its vibrant nightlife, world-class entertainment, and casinos on the famous Strip.
It is packed with some of the best casinos in the world and even if you don’t like to gamble, these casinos are full of excitement, stunning architecture, shocking attractions, award-winning restaurants, and beautiful resort pools sure to deliver amazement.
4. Grand Canyon, Arizona
Grand Canyon is one of the seven natural wonders in the world with breathtaking views and hiking opportunities.
It is one of the most visited national parks in the United States. Stunning to look at!
Many consider the South Rim of the Grand Canyon to be the best part to visit.
There you can capture amazing views and lots of good photos!
5. Hawaii, USA
Hawaii is home to stunning beaches, volcanic landscapes, and unique Polynesian culture.
When visiting you can enjoy the tropical climate, adventurous road trips, and delicious cuisine.
The natural beauty and breathtaking landscape is a treasure of all the Hawaiian Islands. So Pretty!
6. san francisco, ca.
San Francisco is known for The Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and a rich cultural scene. It is home to the famous opera, symphony, ballet, and theater. It also has boundless outdoor activities to participate in, as well.
The Golden Gate Bridge is worth seeing alone, but the street inclines are also something to experience. We enjoyed a coffee shop in the city and it was a very memorable experience.
7. Miami, Florida
Miami is known for its white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and lush palm trees.
It is also known as a popular tourist spot because of its vibrant nightlife, melting pot of cultural influences, and delicious dining.
Miami is called the “Magic City” to the locals, and also has decent weather year-round.
8. New Orleans, Louisiana
New Orleans, Louisiana is known for its unique Creole culture, jazz music, and lively festivals.
It has a museum or attraction for every type of traveler.
From world-class food, music, architecture, sporting events, festivals, and shopping, it is something to see.
New Orleans is unique, and truly unlike any other city in the world.
9. Yellowstone National Park:
Wyoming/Montana/Idaho
Yellowstone National Park is America’s first national park and home to geysers, hot springs, and wildlife.
It has more geysers and hot springs than any other place in this world. This is a truly unique national park, from sites like the Grand Prismatic Spring, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, the Boiling River, and, of course, Old Faithful. This is a must-see destination.
10. Los Angeles, California
Los Angeles is home to the Hollywood stars, the TV & movie industries, and gorgeous beaches which all make LA a famous city and a popular vacation spot.
Venice Beach is one of LA’s most known beaches and with its numerous galleries, quirky shops, and street performers it no wonder it’s a favorite.
LA has a warm sunny climate, a thriving food scene and loads of shopping and entertainment opportunities. This makes Los Angeles a great vacation destination.
11. Seattle, Washington
Seattle is a great place to visit if you like hiking, fishing, cross-country skiing, sailing, or canoeing.
The city is home to a thriving arts and culture scene, a wide range of outdoor activities, and, of course, the space needle.
Built for the 1962 World’s Fair, the 605-foot-tall Space Needle became an icon of the city that is now world-known. We’ve been in it. It is very high!
12. Yosemite National Park, California
Yosemite is full of beautiful waterfalls, granite cliffs, meadows, unique rock formations, and amazing wildlife.
It is recognized for its clear streams, giant sequoia groves, lakes, and mountains. This is a must-see national park. It is gorgeous!
We stayed in the Aspen campground just outside of Yosemite once. It was camping at it’s roughest but worth every second.
13. Sedona, Arizona
Sedona, Arizona is home to Red Rock State Park and to Slide Rock State Park.
It is famous for its red rock formations, spiritual vibe, and outdoor activities.
Hikers and anyone who appreciates natural beauty simply can’t leave without seeing just how amazing this really is. It’s a hikers paradise.
14. San Diego, California
San Diego is known for its beautiful beaches, mild year-round Mediterranean climate, world-renowned zoo, and amazing parks. It is a relaxed vibe in San Diego, California, with abundant sunshine and a chill attitude.
You can golf or go sailing in the harbor. There is something for everyone. Outside of what is mentioned above, Balboa Park and Coronado Beach are two places you should check out.
San Diego is a great place for a vacation with so much to experience in and around the area.
15. Destin, Florida
If you love the beach and want to have a beautiful beach experience, check out Destin, Florida! Destin is located in the picturesque Florida Panhandle.
The water is emerald green and the beaches have sugar-white sand. The restaurants are good and the people are kind.
You can fish, kayak, play in the water, enjoy shops, or dine. This is one of my favorite vacation spots!
